Shipping policy

1. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 4999.
2. We charge a small COD fee of Rs 100/- for orders below Rs. 4999/-.
3. For orders of Rs. 4999/- and above, we charge a COD fee of Rs. 50/-
4. The Service has a delivery ETA of 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
5. The products are generally dispatched within 7-14 working days of the order being received. 
6. Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of order value and mode of shipping.
7. All cancellation requests must be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order.
8. All disputes and redressal are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction.
